I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Operations Manager and as part of the recruitment process I would like final stage candidates to complete the Saville & Holdsworth occupational personality questionnaire (OPQ). Unfortunately, although I am level A&B qualified, I am not qualified to use SHL tests. Previous I got round this by asking a HR consultant friend to administer the tests on my behalf however she has since allowed her registration with SHL to lapse.

I’m therefore looking for anyone who is currently SHL registered who would be willing to assist me with the above obviously I am happy to cover the full cost of the tests as well as a small ‘handling fee’ for helping me out.
