Hi there
If you can help with my question I would be very grateful.
I work for a large public sector organisation and have not been issued with a contract as I am still on probabtion.
My final appraisal is due next week and I can’t help but worry about it. I have had a 3 month appraisal and that went well but could they pull me into this appraisal next week and be told that a permanent position will not be offered.
In essence my question is, if the company are not planning to offer me a permanent contract, would I have been asked to attend performance meetings or meetings to discuss concerns about my employment. Could they make out that everything is fine and then drop a bomb next week?
Comments gratefully received
