A senior Manager has intimated that they may consider having cosmetic surgery. Should they have to take this as holiday or could they be entitled to some sick leave? They would need about 2 weeks recovery. Could they legitimately self certify for 5 days, then take the rest as holiday? As a valued member of staff I would want to make things as easy as possible for them.
