I have an employee who is signed off with stress from her GP. The stress is related to an incident at work. Whilst she is absent from work, she is being paid sick pay from the company which incorporates SSP. The issue we have is that she is still working in her second job in the same type of role whilst being signed off from her job with our company. If there any restriction on claiming SSP when you are still working for another employer? I would appreciate any advice.
