Looking to introduce a flexible benefits scheme and would be really grateful for copies of other company schemes plus any advice regarding setting up a flexible benefit scheme and whether it worked and if there were any problems.
We are also currently reviewing our sickness benefits and again would be grateful for copies of other company sickness entitlements to compare.
