Ok, I am reading different things on different site and getting very confused.
With regards to application forms would it be better to put DOB onto our equal opportunities form? Also surely we need to keep dates of employment on application form in case there are any gaps in the CV. With regard to qualifications, unless they have been recently achieved do we really need to know about them? If we remove the dates you will get a rough idea of age if they have taken GCSE, CSE, O Levels or A Levels. HELP!
