One of our senior employees had a car accident in march 2007 which has left him in a wheelchair and on crutches, probably for several more months. We were so shoked and bothered by the consequences we kept him on full pay and forgot to claim SSP. Can we get a certificate from the employee and backdate our SSP claim?
