I’ve received a query from outside of my organisation. The contact referred to me was employed without a formal contract in place from 17 January to 16 March of this year. The employment has been terminated by the employee due to a difference of opinion – the query raised with me is how she can claim the accrued holiday she is entitled to for this period of employment. Her employer is stating she is not entitled to this. Any guidance would be gratefully received. Many thanks
