I am currently looking at introducing a formal Substance Abuse Policy and amongst other issues I am currently looking at the pros and cons of the different types of testing.
Does anyone have a tried and tested policy, tips of what to avoid or include or recommend a third party service provider? I would be really grateful for any suggestions you might have.
