Our Employee Consultation Committee has been running for 2 years. We give an update on business performance, we consult on changes to policies and procedures, & each member can raise issues specific to thier site. My self and the Chair (our Operations Director) feel it’s a useful forum but think it has more potential and are looking for ideas to enhance it. I’d welcome any suggestions as to how other organisations keep these type of forums fresh and ideas on how to engage with staff members fully.
