I had taken a week off work sick due to stress from the way the staff had reacted to a complaint which was made; my boss didnt speak to me about this but spoke to all the other members of staff. When I came back after 2 weeks (one week was holiday) my boss took me into the room and said her accountant had found some irregularities in her books from the past 2 and a half years and basically said that we had recieved vouchers which hadnt been paid for so either I’ve stolen the vouchers or I’ve stolen the money; her only evidence is that there are no slips, which could have easily been put in the bin to frame me. She said isnt it a bit strange how its only your slips that aren’t there. She gave me the option to hand in my resignation and she would keep it quiet or she would have to take it further and get other people involved. I said i know I’ve done nothing wrong and she said well, I will have to suspend you then. I was due to get paid that day for the months work and she hasnt paid me, so really my questions are:

* I have been suspended full pay from work on the grounds of theft with very little evidence which points to me but was not, so i dont quite know were to take it from here?

* i havent been paid for my last months work and have incured charges from this what can i do next ?

Thank you for your help
