Dear all

Although not directly involved in HR, I work for a charity that looks at the social, economic and environmental benefits of information & communication technology (ICT). We have conducted various research on telework as one way in which the use of ICT can have an overall positive impact.
I have read the recent HR priorities list for the next 12 months and feel that telework can have a positive impact on many of these areas (i.e. retention, recruitment, absence, work life balance etc.)
I am interested to know what you, as HR professionals, feel about teleworking, how it impacts your organisation and what further information you may seek in this area.
