Re: Staff Handbook policy and confirmation agreement.
I would be very grateful if anyone has a handbook policy they would share with me on time and attendance systems and also how other organisations manage having these systems.
Our intention is that all new starters will be given their clocking in key on their first day and sign to agree deductions from wages should this be lost during employment or not-returned upon departure of employment.
We would also like to include that it is the responsibility for the employee only to clock themselves in and out.
I would also be grateful to hear from any other employers who request payment for loss of company property and hurdles they have come accross to date.
