we have a member of staff who has asked us to look into a pay query dating back over 4 years. She thinks she may have been underpaid slightly each time she worked a certain type of shift.
We can look into this but it will literally take forever, if indeed we can hold the relevant paperwork still.
Is there any time limit after which this type of query is deemd to have been accepted or are we obliged to back track over any period of time?
