I am reviewing our approach to time off for fertility treatment and would like to benchmark against other organisations. I would appreciate details of your policy / current practice / views or experience in this area. In particualr I would like to know if time off for fertility treatment is treated as sickness, unpaid leave, holiday, like doctors / dentist appointments, whether any limit is set on the amount of time off etc.
