I am interested in speaking to anyone who has recently gone through the process of introducing a Union to a previously Non Union Company.

What are the rules regarding the implementation and is there a deadline?

My company operates on a Multi-site with approx 175 employees around the Great Britain, Wales and Scotland, are we able to recognise only one union or do we have to allow individuals to choose.

I welcome any help.
