Trade Union Reps – Agreement on Time off

Looking to implement an agreement to TU reps detailing how much time off is granted, when time off allowed, what will be paid for, what expenses may be allowed etc. (Regulations state “reasonable” only) Wondered if anyone has an existing agreement which they could share.
