Hi,

We have launched a training costs claw back policy. Just one area we are unsure of is:

Can we ask those employees who have already completed year 1 of a 3 year course to sign up to the agreement prior to commencing their studies for year 2 and 3.

Payment for year 1 would not be included in any repayment plan, only the payments made by us for years 2 & 3.

Any thoughts would be welcome.
