I am looking for recommendations for providers of good telephone skills training for a junior member of our HR team who is terrified of the telephone! I would like to find something that will help gain his confidence in using the phone – has anyone got any recommendations. Also on a similar vein would anyone recommend any particular courses provided for Assertiveness for Women skills. Many thanks.
