Training Manager Interview Questions

Hi

We are currently recruiting for a Trainer/Training Manager. We have our standard competency based interview questions, however, I was wondering if anyone can help me with specific Training interview questions? We would also like them to prepare a 10 minute presentation – does anyone have any ideas for a topic?
