As Domestic Violence currently costs UK business over £2.7 billion a year and affects thousands of working men and women every day, I’d be interested to find out from HR professionals how this is currently tackled in the workplace… and whether managers in organisations may benefit from training/support in some way.

I work for a domestic violence charity and am currently researching what we should offer to corporates to really make a difference.

Do companies welcome training in this issue, or are companies already receiving training in other issues which impact on the workplace e.g. mental health, relationship breakdown etc. If companies are already receiving training in other areas, I’d be interested to find out the kinds of costs involved.

Many thanks for any insight you can share.
