My company have paid me my salary for last month. This month the new financial controller said it was paid in error and they do not intend to pay me my last month’s salary and that I owe them £200.

I have been working a three months notice period and my last months salary has been spent. I have been in contact with ACAS who have said that I can defend myself with the law of “estoppel” and that it is unlawful to hold back my last month’s salary.

I have written to them but I guess my next move is to take it to an employment tribunal. I would like to ask if anyone knows if I can have legal representation on a no win no fee basis?
