My organisation is currently considering outsourcing the Occupational Health Functions of our HR Department. This will involve transferring A health and Safety Advisor and Occupational Health Advisor to a Facilities Management Group.
Is anyone aware of the implication s of such a move considering confidentiality and the Data Protection Act.
