A group of people recently transferred to our business under TUPE last month.
During the consultation period we confirmed we would honour their pre booked annual leave for the rest of this year- which we have done. One of the staff have come back to me as she thinks she would be entitled to another batch of leave (5 days) given that she has been moved to another organisation, and so thinks she is getting this on top of the pre -agreed holiday we agreed for her to have I think and I hope she has genuinely got her wires crossed and I suspect she may have done as none of the others have asked this question.
I have never done a TUPE transfer before and I know its in no way straightforward so I would be grateful of advice from those that have.
