We are currently proposing outsourcing our warehouse/distribution operation.
We have a contract with a local delivery company (who work exclusively for us)and also a cleaning company. We wish to terminate these contracts however are unsure whether TUPE regulations apply in these
cases.
Any guidance would be very helpful.
