Made an error on maternity calculation and the employee is planning to sue the company for giving her wrong information and that they had budgeted on that money that was wrong and would like the company to owner that money. I owned up that it was an error and I was told I will now my fate after a week. This has been so stressful not knowing what is going to happened even when I asked to be told that they will let me know after a week. If they decide to terminate my contract will this be unfair dismissal? I have been with the company only 1 year?
