I have an extremely autocratic boss who cannot bear other peoples ideas.  He's a rude character and has no respect for others' feelings.  This is a small company with an ineffective HR dept (they darent cross him either). I'm miserable working here and want to leave.  Will other prospective employers see this as a weakness?  I just want to go home at the end of the day feeling more motivated than I do now.  I've tried discussing this but its fallen on deaf ears.  Any advice would be appreciated.
