During a senior managers meeting, a well known saying is used (similar in meaning to ‘a rotton apple in the barrel’, which has racist meaning although this was not the intention of the remark.
No complaints or grievances have been received, but the HR dept have come to hear about it and wonder how to tackle it?
Any one who has been in a similar position will appreciate the difficulty of tackling senior mgrs about this sort of thing – any advice or tips to help would be most gratefully received.
