An employer advertises a post for a full-time receptionist (9-5) and 25 days holiday per year.

During the interview a woman is offered the job, but it has now been changed (to suit her) to part-time with all school holidays taken as unpaid leave. Much to the annoyance of other working mothers within the company.

What is the legal standpoint (if any) of the other employees, of whom who have never been offered these benefits?
