Is an employee able to accrue leave entitlement during a period of agreed unpaid absence? There is a situation where an emloyee is taking 10 weeks unpaid absence to undertake voluntary work abroad. This has been agreed but the question has now arisen as to ability to a) Accrue leave entitlement during that absence and b) whether the date of their entitlement to pay increments also changes to take into account the 10 weeks absence
