Where can you easily get access to authoritative reliable current absence statistics for employees.
Have tried ONS website and various others but nothing seems to give you a simple answer such as “The UK employee absence rate for 2006/2007 is x%”. There are numerous surveys that you might happen to come across – all with differing rates.
Can anyone help. Be very grateful.
