Use of Mobile Phones whilst Driving

Although I believe that this issue may well come under H&S – I have been asked to write a policy for inclusion in our Employee Handbook on Use of Mobile Phones Whilst Driving.

Does anyone have a policy they would be willing to share with me? Any assistance appreciated.
