We have been advised that an employee is entering a building that he doesn’t need to be in to do his role. We would like to look at our cctv footage as we think he will deny having been there – we would like to show him the evidence.
We are conscious of not wanting to breach the Data Protection Act – would we have any difficulties in this respect please ?
