We operate a voice activated pick system whe the employee wears a heaadset to tell them which locations to pick from in a warehouse. An employee believes this is causing migraines even though they wear music earphones outside of work with no I’ll effect. At present the medical evidence is inconclusive as to causes or triggers. Has anyone else had similar situations and to what extent would you need to go to try and prove or disprove causation?
