With a change to shifts and rotas the following will be happening.
Friday and saturday 7-7 12 hr day shifts
Sunday 7-7 night shift
Monday – sat 12 noon to 10pm shifts.
Is this okay to change a shift and only have 5 hours between shifts after working a 12 hour night shift?
