Hi Everyone, I have been asked to find out if we can take any action against a member of staff who is quite open about wanting to leave the company, but won’t resign until they have another job to go to (which could take some time in the current climate!). It is very disruptive for other staff and could look bad to clients who find out. This person has a good record and no disciplinary issues – unless of course this constitutes one! Can we do anything to "hasten" things? Thanks!
