We are a US-based company looking for general target bonus information.

Could anyone provide information about what level of target bonuses are typical for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the financial consulting industry? We have heard 50% of base salary is typical but that seems high for someone with little experience. While we have salary data, we have not been able to locate bonus information. Please provide whatever general information you are able to and include the industry that you know it applies to. Thank you
