We are a small UK company with around 80 employees in our London office, we provide procurement consultancy and purchasing services to our clients. We want to hire 2 people to be based in Germany permanently at our clients, but to be on our payroll.
My question is – if I recruit and employ 2 people in Germany can their contracts be the same as employees I’ve recruited in the UK to be based at UK clients?
What problems would I face by doing this?
