We have a very small number of employees who were recruited recently as a team who will not sign their contracts. One says it is because he never signs anything which contains restrictive covenants – our contract states they must not have any contact with our clients within 6 months of leaving our employment.
I don’t see what we can do about this but Management are obviously very keen that we do something.
Any ideas?
