In Oct 2006 at his request – a senior manager is given extra responsibility in the organisation. No changes to contract or pay etc.
The senior manager then began to request support but still carried out his duties well. During the last 6 months he continued to request support as things were declining
Early January 2008, after 14 months, it is decided to re-structure, employ a junior manager, and the senior manager to revert back to his previous responsibilities. No loss of pay or benefits – just a reduction in his workload.

Decision was made by the MD and the employee informed.
No meetings or consulation held
Is this constructive dismissal?
