I am an HR Manager in the department of Housing.My organisation has a total staff complement of 600. I have a strategic business plan for the whole organisation, which was developed by the senior executive.I have been told to develop an HR PLAN which will be aligned to the strategic plan of the organisation. My instint tells me I should hire a consultant, on the other hand I also want to impress my boss that I can develop and translate the organisations strategy into operational plan. If I choose my second option can anyone assist me by providing a benchmark on HR Plan. I am not sure if organisations allow this.
