I work for a manufacturing company with approx 100 employees, 50 of which are shopfloor. I am currently studying for my CIPD and have been given the opportunity to develop personnel within the company. The shopfloor staff seem continuously unmotivated and never happy. What sort of recognition would motivate them best? I have been asked to produce a proposal with my ideas, and am considering things such as attendance rewards, anyone have any suggestions?
