Some employers can’t afford to pay for an employee’s course fees/training costs for job related education/training/career development (e.g. post grad or professional course). If the employee pays the provider directly, they are doing so out of their net income. Is it possible (legal?) to set up a salary sacrifice scheme to deal with this to enable the employee to either contribute to/pay for a course from their gross income and the employer pay the provider directly?
