It’s been suggested by one of our senior executives that the HR Team should move their work area so that the team sits within / is more integrated within a fairly large open plan office – in order to be more visible. At present, we are located at the side of an open plan area that just gives us sufficient privacy to deal with things confidentially / privately, without being overheard. Am a little concerned by the proposal.
