Who Develops the Developers.. in what?

TrainingZone has published an article looking at the development of people developers. (https://www.trainingzone.co.uk/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=168011)

This points to a survey www.developthedeveloper.com which is supported by TrainingZone.
I would like to encourage all readers of this to contribute.

Looking at the supporters of the survey it is obvious who is looking to develop there understanding of the needs of people developers (managers, HR, trainers etc) and who is not. The supporters page http://www.developthedeveloper.com/Project%20Supporters.htm shows only two big names missing – why have they opted out? Are they not interested?
