I work for a startup public arts organisation and we part of our remit is to exhibit artistic commissions from artists all around the world as an international organisation.

The contracts will be fast moving (days to a few months) and we are looking to work with “unknowns” – post graduates and individuals. How do we get work permits for these indiviudals for this purpose only without taking on the artists on payroll?
