I’m finally sitting down to produce a World Cup policy. I have in front of me the CIPD guidance together with a pile of other helpful information. As I begin to write the document, I realise that there must be many other HR people out there doing the same thing. Or maybe, have already done so.
Shall we pool resources a bit? I am happy to share my output and wondered if there were any other draft or completed policies out there. It might help each of us enrich our own work?
