As we all are aware the World Cup is fast approching and as you can imagine we have staff who have started to ask what we have in place to in relation to giving people the opportunity to watch the games. As I am sure is typical in all business we need to come up with a solution of manging to keep production the same while allowing people who want to the opportunity to watch the football,but without upsetting employees who are not interested.
As anyone any examples of how they are managing this within their own companies, or ideas on how to manage this along with abscenteism which will be linked to it.
