If the boss puts casual/part-time staff on a zero (or 8 hours) contract, does this mean that holiday entitlement would only be up to 8 hours per week?  I know that a zero hours contract guarantees no hours a week, purely dependent on business, but I’m sure he’s trying to avoid paying holiday to all the casual staff.
