Prior to Innovecs, Anastasiia held the position of Head of Compensation and Benefits in leading local companies. She successfully held HR trainings and courses such as HR School Professional, Compensation & Benefits Professional, Budget and HR Metrics, and Band & Grade Course for over 3 years.
